About Prize Watchdog

What this site is

Prize Watchdog is a list of free-to-enter giveaways. Before a giveaway goes on the list, we check three things: that the entry page works, that the prize is stated, and that the sponsor is named. If a giveaway cannot pass all three, it is not here.

Each card shows the prize value first, because that is the first thing you want to know. Then what it is, who is running it, and when the listing last passed our checks.

What this site is not

We are not a sponsor. We do not run any of these giveaways, we do not draw winners, and we do not hold any prizes. Each giveaway is run by the organization named on its entry page. That organization sets the rules, picks the winner and delivers the prize.

How the site is paid for

We may be compensated when you enter a giveaway through our links. That pays for the site, and it is why you can use it without an account and without paying anything.

Entering never costs you money. We do not sell entries, and buying something never improves your chance of winning. A giveaway that asks you to pay to enter does not get listed.

What happens to your details

You can open any giveaway without telling us anything. If you give us your email address, we use it to fill in the entry forms you choose to open and to email you about new listings. The details are passed to a sponsor only when you open that sponsor's giveaway. You check the form and submit it yourself.

Stop our emails any time on the unsubscribe page. The rest is in theprivacy policy.

Report a listing

If a giveaway here has ended, the entry page is broken, or the prize is not what we said, tell us: [email protected]. That is what the address is for.
